The Center at Eastman
Located just off from exit 13 of I-89, the Center at Eastman offers an array of dining options. A large menu of both casual and fine dining fare can be enjoyed in a variety of settings. Eastman offers a 40 seat pub area with TV and bar, a 50 seat dining room with working fireplace and vaulted ceilings, two large patios (one with a screened in porch area), and a beautiful 200 seat function room with large wraparound deck and natural light.

We also just changed our menu to better fit the winter season. Some of our newest items include the “ Whiskey Steak”grilled petit tender over sweet potato mashed with bacon bourbon mustard glaze and garlic broccolini. Also Try our “Cedar planked Salmon” a hearty portion of baked salmon on a cedar plank in a brown sugar butter with a ragout of roasted beets and sugar snap peas over mashed potatoes. If you decide you would like to join us for lunch, be sure to check out “ The Cuban” you’ll melt when you try Ham, slow roasted pork, Swiss, dill pickles, Dijon mustard, on a soft roll, grilled and pressed. All of these are just a few of the changes that have been made to the menu.
