Bistro Nouveau

Located just off from exit 13 of I-89, the Center at Eastman offers an array of dining options. A large menu of both casual and fine dining fare can be enjoyed in a variety of settings. Eastman offers a 40 seat pub area with TV and bar, a 50 seat dining room with working fireplace and vaulted ceilings, two large patios (one with a screened in porch area), and a beautiful 200 seat function room with large wraparound deck and natural light.

Menu

Bistro Nouveau at Eastman is proud to offer sustainable local meats and produce.  We are using North East Family Farms burger meat, ground locally in Boston Mass. offering sustainable meat, free of hormones and antibiotics.  Bison burgers are also new to the menu coming from a small farm in Warner NH.  All chicken breast comes from Vermont Family Farms and is free-range and free of hormones and antibiotics.  Bistro Nouveau also proudly offers North Country Smokehouse meats including sausages, ham , and bacon.   Produce, dairy, and cheese’s are purchased locally from farms and delivered to us daily.  Stop in and try some of this fresh local cuisine.
