Bistro Nouveau

At Bistro Nouveau catering, our goal is to combine the freshest possible ingredients available with classical methods of cooking to create a product our customers and their guests will enjoy. Our catering menu is designed to be flexible which allows us to better serve our customers.

A catered event can be as small as platters or dinners for a Board meeting or as large as assembling a team to provide a full service function, such as a wedding. Catering services are available onsite at our Eastman location.

We have several menus to choose from, however we encourage our customers to talk to us about special menus which they may prefer. We will gladly customize a menu tailored especially to your function. Our culinary team enjoys the challenge of creating new dishes with exciting presentations, both in the restaurant and catering.
